I have been a customer of this service for nearly a decade, but I am extremely frustrated with how they handle their clients. My account was suddenly blocked without any warning when I attempted to withdraw my funds, and I was informed it was under audit. I submitted all the necessary documents, yet it has now been a month without any resolution. I call every day, only to receive the same response: there is no feedback from the relevant department. It’s exhausting; how can an account remain under audit for over a month? I am genuinely unsatisfied.
