Purchased a triple wall mounted shampoo dispenser and unfortunately it was very poor quality. I followed the returns policy and was quickly contacted by a customer care representative who advised I could opt to keep the product and receive a 20% refund or return the item at my own expense, however, this would entail shipping it to China and incurring tax & import charges along with a lengthy refund timeline.I’m afraid this process doesn’t reflect the company’s advertised’simple and transparent’ returns policy (to an address in London)For these reasons, I wouldn’t recommend Hom & Ember UK
