My first time buying from this company and the experience has been terrible. The estimates on despatch and shipping times are wildly inaccurate and my order has still not arrived nearly 3 weeks after my order. The website gives the impression that the items are coming from the UK but they are clearly coming from somewhere overseas (who knows where exactly, they don't tell you). Worst of all I've had no communication about why it is delayed or when I might actually receive it. I sincerely hope I don't have to return anything as I fear that will also be a disaster. I can't comment on the quality of the items, which is why I've given 2 stars and not just 1, but either way I won't be buying from them again. I have now edited my review to only 1 star. The items finally arrived and were appallingly packed and the quality of the products was poor. From start to finish this has been a terrible experience.
