Yeah buyer beware. Its been a while since I fell for a scam like this ; website with nice pictures, branding and London address. But clearly the pictures are of different goods and what arrived was a rough (literally) approximation of what was advertised which addtionally was completely battered and broken. On going for the refund its the old rubbish you used to get 20 years ago about 'high volume of enquiries' and 'tickets' being issued for your refund request to be looked at. I am not hopeful my refund will happen and the junk is so rubbish I feel bad spending the carbon footprint in returning it to be pulped.
