My £1300 integrated freezer stopped working after 3 years. Liebherr deemed it a non repairable fault and offered around £250 towards a new one. The freezer had numerous call outs within the warranty period. If you want a non reliable so called premium freezer which will last 3 years this is your company!Updated in response to the reply …Your offer is below; I’ve declined this as the effective discount is around £250. My freezer has had numerous issues since purchase and this particular fault where it’s now deemed unrepairable was flagged when it was 3 years old. we would like to offer you a new SIFNDi5188 at a cost of £1137.00 including VAT .If you would like to discuss further please call me. I feel your reply is very different to what customer services have said over the phone !
