Dealing with this service has been incredibly frustrating. We ordered two expensive clothing cupboards, but they arrived with damaged packaging and items. To make matters worse, they offered a mere €90 discount on each €600.00 item without permitting a full exchange since we hadn’t opened the other boxes. This is completely unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience, as our home is now cluttered with boxes. I strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this company. We even have photos documenting the issues.
