ATTENTION THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND INCOMPETENT. they drove me crazy for months starting with the shipment which should have been free above €500, but which was still charged to me and for which I had to insist for weeks without answers to obtain compensation. arrived the package I discovered that it was defective and that the grinders were damaged, I had to send several emails without replies and threaten the right of withdrawal to get the repair. when I informed them that the return costs according to the European regulation are borne by the seller, they did not answer me. during shipping UPS ruined the pedestal of the grinder, I complained to UPS that she should have gone to view the package, but the homebarista did not give availability three times, causing the case to be definitively closed. I later told them I didn't want the pedestal repaired, but they said they would fix it at their expense. After I told them I didn't want it fixed, they fixed it anyway and without a quote, they sent me a 60€ invoice for labour. when I told them that I would not pay for an unwanted work and that it should have been free, they pretended that the broken part was in UPS's possession and that if I didn't want to pay, I would have to wait for UPS to decide to return the broken part, which he apparently didn't want to do. not wanting to waste any more time, I paid the labor and had to insist for 3 days to receive shipping confirmation with tracking.
