This company gave me a fair cash offer on my home very quickly. The company owner came by for a walk through and I ended up signing agreement right there. Greg was always available if I had questions. I worked with Carly and Mike in the office through the settlement process and scheduling the company partners and their contractors in to see the home. They were pretty on top of me when there were some things to clear up on the title so we could stay on track for the closing date. Closing was delayed by a couple of weeks and Greg called me personally to explain the delay. I appreciated that. They also were working with an understanding Title Company that made it convenient to sign closing and settlement papers. The main negatives of the experience were sometimes contractors did not close doors behind them as instructed, wires getting crossed between the office and me since communicaton was via SMS, and as mentioned earlier, feeling rushed on getting the title cleared (on top of packing and moving quickly). Still, Mike, Carly and Greg were very understanding of the hiccups I encountered and were patient with me during the process overall. I am so glad that the house is sold and that it will be enjoyed by another family.
