My knowledge of the cost of cctv is quite limited and contacted homecctv ltd as a novice in this field. Kevin who visited me was an elegant, smartly dressed chap. I had a budget on mind and to my shock I was way off the mark to what I wanted to pay. I just wish he could have shown me the product, give me information on what you do and really sell it me. I know you base your reputation on here and it looks well with the 5 star reviews and to be honest I didn’t even look at the reviews before the visit. Business can go through rocky times so I do give the benefit of the doubt and not base everything on reviews. Unfortunately I’m still at the same stage, looking for the right salesman to give me a run down on the product. I’m hard working, very careful with the money I earn and spend but show me the product, make an effort giving me the information and we might have got somewhere. To others on hear reading this, you will need over a £1000 to get started and probably a lot more to get a decent package.This is just an honest review of my experience and it’s a neutral review from myself. I’m sure the products you sell are brilliant and you are successful in what you do but I will keep looking, speak to different salesmen, and be 100 percent sure before I make a purchase.
