I have had my CCTV with homecctv for a few years now and they have been nothing but brilliant. From the first initial visit I was given great, clear information about the cameras how they work, how the app works etc and the installation process was smooth, easy and there was no mess left behind.. In the few years I have had my cameras, I have only had a couple of occurrences where I have needed to call out (one of which was when I had a power cut and it blew the plug) but on the occasions James (in the tech support team) was very quick to respond to me , and he gave me clear instructions and guidance and had my CCTV back up and running in no time. I am soon moving home , and I will be taking my CCTV and staying with this company for the foreseeable. Great friendly staff , quick response, clear cameras, easy to use system /app , all around fantastic.
