I am a long time and highly satisfied customer of HomeCCTV. From the initial point of sale many years ago, to the current day the products and after care and service has been second to none. The cameras are a fabulous piece of kit, but selling products is often the easy part, the aftercare and service if something requires attention in later years, extended warranties etc that do what they say on the tin is the really important part and this is really where HomeCCTV excel. Customer service and aftercare is amazing, responsive, efficient and super friendly. All round incredibly professional business who I would and do highly recommend to friends and family as well as anyone looking for great home CCTV installation but also superior aftercare. (Special call out to Trev as well for the specific assistance given today with a minor issue with one of our cameras, the whole team is great but Trev is a super guy & deserves a special mention.!!
