When the salesman first visited and completed the survey he was extremely knowledgeable and absolutely up front with fees, installation process and no high pressure sales. He simply explained what was available and the price. The lads that installed it…. turned up exactly when they said they would, fitted it, showed us how to operate and navigate the system, cleaned up and only left when we fully understood everything. We’ve had it running now a little under 4 years and the only issue was when we changed internet supplier and a quick chat with tech support had us back up within about 20 minutes. Full peace of mind using this. I can sit at work and watch on my phone and the alerts identify everything. Superb
