We were recommended HomeCCTV after years of harassment from our neighbour. The final straw for me was after my daughter was born and he purposely attempted to run me over to scare me. We had reported all incidents to the police but without any evidence they couldn’t do anything. Craig (who was amazing!) came out to give us a quote. We went ahead with the installation and chose one of the cameras to have audio recording. We are so pleased we did and it paid off! My neighbour was caught hurling racial abuse at us amongst other profanities on more than one occasion. After years of abuse we were able to go to the police with evidence. This resulted us going to court and him being prosecuted and a restraining order being put in place. I can’t thank HomeCCTV enough. I feel so much safer in my home.We haven’t had any issues with the cameras and the quality is great! We recently had been logged out of the app and Jack was amazing. He was very thorough and very knowledgable. We were forced to look at getting CCTV installed due to the situation and not feeling safe. But it was money well spent and I 100% recommend it!
