Super disappointed - they charged over 4000 kr for 4 hrs move-out clean (2 cleaners) and the cleaning was incredibly poor. The shower was seemingly untouched, the walls and floors were not cleaned at all, the limescale was barely removed. The only thing close to ok was the oven, which also needed extra cleaning afterwards. 3 hours into the cleaning the cleaners asked me what to prioritise even if I had sent the priority list a couple days in advance. I also complained directly and they made no effort to rectify the situation, blaming it on my apartment being too dirty. This is such a cheap excuse for a cleaning company. You had photos in advance, 8 combined cleaning hrs and the apartment was actually not that dirty either, as I had already pre-cleaned it in preparation. When people pay 4300 DKK for a professional cleaning service, you should be better equipped and not say you could not remove the limescale in the shower because you did not have the right products (which is what the cleaner said). There was also a missing screw from the kitchen sink drain that I had to replace, the suction filter was both unclean and broken after the clean, but the cleaner said not too worry because the management company will need to replace those anyway. I of course got charged off of my deposit for these too.
I can go on and on but honestly, it's not worth more of my energy.
All in all, a horrible experience and I felt scammed at the end of it. Stay away.

Home Clean Cph did an amazing job on my "move-out" cleaning with my apartment - both cleaning the apartment and the windows. They were quicker than I had expected and showed amazing attention to detail. I also appreciated the fact that they communicated regularly with me before and during the cleaning process. Very happy to recommend them to others!
Compared to our last cleaning service, we do not feel the cleaners did as good of a job. There were still dust clumps in the bedroom, the cabinets were not wiped down in the kitchen or bedroom, and they arrived 30 minutes late. On top of this they knocked down a painting. We booked a longer session today because of how well the previous one went. That was a sadly a mistake.
