This is a fraudulent AI slop company.
Purchased the entry level service providing virtual interior design tools and as soon as I created my account I was hounded to upgrade upgrade upgrade to fully experience their wonderful appl. I tried to get by with the basic service but then realized the "limited" version wouldn't allow me to use the wall paint feature so reluctantly ordered the "pro" version for a one time fee of $69. This version advertised as providing access to this feature but once upgraded was then prompted to sign up for the next level up or would not have access to this feature. After logging in and out and even rebooting my computer several times, I was still told I would need to upgrade one more time.
I then searched for how to cancel the appl. and request refund but "surprisingly" coukd find no such info.
I did find a customer service email which I contacted but 2 days later had still received no response.
I wound up contacting my bank and had to file a fraud claim to get reimbursed.
