We arrived on 19/09/2025, only to find we were staying at a different hotel than initially advertised. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and the hot water was inconsistent. We were signed up for a game we didn’t request. While the host was friendly, the overall matchday experience felt disjointed. Additionally, pricing for activities was inflated compared to booking directly. Communication issues caused unnecessary stress, and there were moments of inappropriateness from the host regarding feedback. The only highlight was the Boca and River games with an exceptional host.
