I went on the site, picked plumbing, and within a few minutes I had someone from Crow's Plumbing Service lined up to come out.The plumber, Greg, showed up right on time, was super friendly and explained what was going on in a way I could actually understand (not all that confusing plumbing talk). He fixed the leak quick and even cleaned upafterwards, which I really appreciated.What I liked most is how simple the whole thing was. No calling around or waiting forever for a quote, just straight to the point. You can tell they really vet who they send out cause the guy knew exactly what he was doing.Honestly I’ll 100% be using Home Gnome again next time I need something done around the house. It’s nice finally finding a service that actually delivers what they promise.
