This has been the most disappointing experience I've ever had. The customer service was terrible, and they withdrew money from my account without my knowledge. My children's holiday turned into a nightmare because they took all my funds and refused to provide any refund, claiming it didn't meet their policy. It’s frustrating that they show no empathy and seem to care only about their profits.
