I have been working for home instead Rugby since 2022 I must admit the thought of doing online courses scared me alot as I haven't had any experience with computers. The office staff had me in the office and helped me with this.All of the office staff made me feel comfortable and go out of their way to offer us help and support I have grown in my role so much.The clients I have had, bar one I couldn't connect with, I tried for a few weeks but just couldn't connect with this lady I spoke with the office and wasn't sent to her again.They have all been wonderful and I don't really feel its a job It's such a pleasure to go to work This year I need help for some care for a relative I must say Sarah went out of her way to help me with providing me all the information I needed the information and help was above and beyond.She provided a lovely team in place and my relative is very happy with the care the ladies offer.I must admit I have worked with all of them and I know what a difference they have made not only for my relative but also for me.I know what a difference we as care pro's provide Always someone to cover if anyone phones in sick,so no one is ever with out a call If ever you face a problem the office staff are always there to give guidance and help.Always very professional. I love being a part of such a great team Office staff included (with out them we wouldn't have a job )Time has flown since I've been working for them I feel I came in a stranger come away as a friend Great place to work
