I am extremely frustrated with the service from HomeKode in Dubai. From the beginning, the delivery timeline was never clearly communicated. Every time I asked for an update, I was told they would check and get back to me, but they never did unless I followed up myself.
Even yesterday, I reached out again and was completely ignored. This lack of communication is very disappointing and unprofessional.
I would not recommend their service at all. If I hadn’t already paid half upfront, I would have canceled my order immediately.
