Unfortunately, I have had a very disappointing experience, particularly in my dealings with Michael (Coventry office) and another member of staff. I feel that my circumstances were not properly understood or considered.Due to unexpected family financial difficulties, I had no choice but to withdraw from the property purchase. This was not a decision I took lightly. However, despite explaining my situation, I have been informed that the £756 I paid will not be refunded.I am extremely upset and disappointed. Losing £756 under these circumstances has caused me further financial stress, especially as the transaction did not proceed. I believe there should be consideration and fairness where a client’s genuine financial hardship is involved.I respectfully request that you review my case again and reconsider your decision regarding the refund. I would appreciate a written response addressing this complaint as soon as possible.
