I'm very satisfied with my lamp, it's exactly as pictured and as i imagined it to be. At first i thought I was missing a piece for the lamp and contacted customer support which very kindly helped me with several solutions. But I managed to find the missing piece before a new one was going to be sent when I followed the assembly instructions on the website rather than the one send with the lamp so it all resolved itself. Customer support was only happy on my behalf so I'd really recommend homelights
