My advise is not to buy from this company, because there’s a high chance that you will be disappointed (specially if you need to return your product!).There’s no clear information where they ship their products from (spoiler: they ship directly from China and you can find the same product in AliExpress for half the price) and also their RETURN policy is not completely compliant with Dutch/EU consumer laws!- They cannot enforce you to deduct a “Restocking Fee” of 20% (Directive 2011/83/EU), they should reimburse the total amount of the product.- They don’t inform you upfront that, if you want to return your product, you will need to ship it to China! They indicate that you will have to pay the return shipping costs, but they don’t clarify that these are FOR CHINA!- They have to reimburse the customer in the total price of the product + initial shipping costs (Directive 2011/83/EU), so the can’t deny to pay the shipping costs that we already payed for.They are very keen to answer your emails in the beginning, but by the time you want to initiate the return process… they stop answering! (We are still waiting for a response from them for >4days although they claim they answer within 24h)Summary: very sketchy business, very sketchy policies… not worth the money and the time.
