Achtung !Home Lights hält sich nicht an geltendes EU Recht und gewährt keine zwei Jahre Garantie auf ihre Produkte.Eine LED Leuchte, die in der Garantiezeit nicht mehr funktionierte, wurde mir nicht repariert. Stattdessen bietet man mir 20 € Refund an, wenn ich die negative Bewertung auf Trustpilot lösche. Anbei der Auszug der E-Mail:„ ….We receive your message.We noticed you posted a negative review about our store, right?Could you please delete the review on trustpilot.Then we will refund you 20 euros.Hope to get your understanding.If you have other ideas，please let us know，we will try our best to solve the problem for you and give you a satisfied solution.We really hope we ….“Seit Monaten werden mir lediglich die 20 € angeboten. Wogegen ich mich mehrfach ausgesprochen habe!!!Seit Monaten kommt es zu keiner Lösung. Ich kann nur dringend von dem Laden abraten.
