The lamps I ordered came within a short time, they looked great and nothing was broken. As I wanted a new cable for one of the lamps because the black one didn`t fit with my room they made it possible to send me a new base instead of the whole lamp. I didn´t have to pay any shipping fee more. The customer service always answered immediately.
