Bullied by customer service. Ordered a product 10 months ago, not a good experience. Was eventually resolved and refunded, but I continued to receive emails from customer service to alter the review, which they considered bad for business. Now after 10 months I receive a request for more personal information, name, phone number to they can better understand my initial complaint. Failure to do so may result in my review being flagged as not based on a real experience. Needless to say this is not going to happen, for fear they'll start pestering me on the phone as well. This company does not understand the concept of customer service!
