Customer Service is very fast in replying and I am happy with my lamp. What I have noticed and what was also already mentioned in previous comments, is that the product you receive is not exactly the same as the product picture, which is usually a cut-out of a product picture from e.g. IKEA. However, the lamp works as promised and looks fine
