BETRUG. Ich habe eine Lampe bestellt, die leider kaputt war. Der Customer Service wollte mir den Schaden als Ergebnis des Produktionsprozesses verkaufen und bat mich darum, die Lampe zu behalten. Nachdem ich auf den Rückversand beharrte, entpuppte sich die vermeintlich niederländische Firma als chinesisches Unternehmen. Ich würde hier auf keinen Fall etwas kaufen, da der Rückversand nahezu unmöglich ist. Sie baten mich, die Lampe an Freunde zu verkaufen?! Nach langem Hin und Her habe ich die kaputte Lampe für 29€ anstelle von 79€ behalten dürfen. Unterm Strich ist es ein Billigprodukt, was unter täuschendem Gewand zum teuren Preis an den Kunden gebracht wird. FRAUD. I ordered a lamp that was unfortunately broken. Customer Service tried to sell me the damage as a result of the production process and asked me to keep the lamp. After I insisted on the return shipment, the supposedly Dutch company turned out to be a Chinese company. I wouldn't buy anything from them under any circumstances, as return shipping is almost impossible. They asked me to sell the lamp to friends?! After a long back and forth, I was allowed to keep the broken lamp for €29 instead of €79. The bottom line is that it is a cheap product that is sold to the customer under a deceptive guise at an expensive price.
