Even before I reached out to customer support, they contacted me first to inform me that the status of my order hadn’t changed. They even provided me with the DHL contact details and tracking number so I could follow up directly. After multiple calls with DHL and regular communication with the support team, we figured out why the lamp was misrouted. They immediately sent me a second lamp with the correct details, and this time it arrived right away. The customer service was incredibly friendly and competent, and I always felt well taken care of. Now that my lamp has finally arrived, I’m extremely happy with its quality. For the price, there’s absolutely nothing to complain about.
