If i could give a lower start rating i would.I was working away from home and my wife rang me in tears that she had locked herself out the house and our 15 month old son was in his cota neighbour googled and found these poeple who say they will be here within 25 minutes They took over an hour to turn up and then charged my wife £130 for drilling a lockI asked to speak to the manager which took him a day to get back to me and then he tried to justify the charge and said if we were to use them in the future i would get a discount. not worth it in my opinion OK I £130 is alot of money but I was more annoyed that they did not bother to keep my wife updated with where they were and then when the manager phoned me he tried to use all the excuses traffic, time of day, what jobs they have etc He also attempts to say that the price was discounted already as that it should have been around the £180+The manager also states he will speak to his locksmith and get back to me which was about 5 days agoAVOID AT ALL COSTS
