The product knife sharpener is 120V totally unusable in EU / Irish market.I have a written to Homeloft on numerous occasions to no avail. Not even the courtesy of a reply.I have since heard from Homeloft. Their proposed solution meets the issues raised in my initial complaint. The response of Gina of Homecraft was very professional.
