Having placed an order for some handles back last year, I needed to return them as they weren’t suitable for what we needed. They were sent back on 1st October 2025 and we are now in February 2026 and still no refund received. Multiple chaser emails send and no response being received. I have sent proof of tracked postage back to you which showed they were delivered by Royal Mail on 2nd October and since then, you have ignored all email communication. This is really unacceptable and such poor customer service! I would avoid at all costs as they receive their goods back and still keep your money!
