I reached out to James via email with a query about a custom wiring harness for my super strat, he responded very quickly, asked question, asked for photos and was very attentive to make sure I got what I needed. Once he gave me all my options and I made payment then loom was made and dispatched within a day and is now currently soldered in my guitar and sounds great.
