Ordered medicines on 18/Aug/24, by fully paying with UPI and delivery address is in Georgia, USA and the order is so much delayed in getting delivered. Tried contacting WhatsApp support multiple times only once got a reply once indicating it will reach in 2-3 days on 27th Aug, but this did not happen. Sent many messages on WhatsApp Support with no more replies, except I was told they will check again but no reply. Homeomart charging ton of money for international shipping but do not care about its customer and their orders as much because they don't reply in timely fashion and nor they know at-least a rough estimate on how soon they have ability to deliver their orders.. Finally my order is delivered on 08-Sep-24. Updated star rating from 1 to 3 after finally got my order delivered. Customer service should be improved in way to assert and give timely response and improve their dispatch and delivery process.
