I had a mixed experience with this security company. My initial contact was very positive—the representative was responsive and quickly scheduled an appointment. The installation team was efficient, and the work was completed promptly.However, the sensors initially installed were not suitable for homes with small dogs. I appreciated that the company returned to replace the sensors with pet-friendly ones, and the exchange process was smooth. They were upfront that an exchange might not be possible, but in the end, they accommodated my request without issue.The main challenge has been with billing. After agreeing that there might be a minimal charge for the sensor exchange, I have continued to receive invoices for the full amount for over a year. Despite multiple requests, I have not received an amended invoice reflecting the agreed-upon charge. This ongoing issue has been frustrating and remains unresolved at the time of writing.I hope this review encourages the company to address outstanding billing matters, as I would be happy to update or remove my review once the issue is resolved.
