Everything proceeded smoothly. Communication was excellent from the initial consultation to scheduling the installation and addressing a minor issue that arose. I would have rated it 5 stars if not for one window breaking during installation due to windy conditions, but it was promptly fixed within 10 days. I would definitely recommend the service.
