I am a single mother with 3 young children and this company has left me 3 weeks now with no washing machine. Not helpful on the phone and not interested in helping me in the way they should. They are quick to take your money but don't care what situation you end up in after. Me and my children don't have and clean clothes, underwear, school uniform, bedding, towels. The list goes on. I have exhausted all funds getting taxis to and from the laundrette plus paying the laundrette fees. I am 1 week from pay day with no money left and homeshield direct couldn't care less. I have phoned several times crying out for my repair to be brought forward or to provide me a washing machine until they fix mine, they are not interested. I have emailed with no reply! How they can treat customers like this is beyond me. I am stressed, frustrated, feeling like a failure as a mother and this company does not care!
