Updated Review – Ongoing Concerns, Poor Conduct, and EscalationWe initially placed our order in January with a promised installation timeframe of 10–12 weeks. After chasing repeatedly with little to no communication, we finally received a vague timeline only after leaving a review. Despite reassurances and a public apology, the poor service continued — including broken promises of updates, no meaningful contact from anyone in a position of authority, and further delays.When installation finally occurred, the experience was distressing. Payment demands contradicted the company’s own contract terms, and the conduct of staff on-site raised serious safeguarding concerns. Our formal written complaint has since been met with a dismissive and defensive response, denying all wrongdoing and even referencing irrelevant personal remarks made to staff — a deeply unprofessional approach.We no longer trust this company, have cancelled the remaining works, and are now escalating the matter to Trading Standards and exploring formal dispute resolution.We would strongly urge others to proceed with caution. A professional front masks deeper issues with communication, integrity, and customer care.
