This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever faced. If negative stars were an option, I would choose them. I spent weeks trying to track down an order that was supposed to arrive before Halloween, and now it’s almost Thanksgiving. Only today did they finally admit the package was lost. I placed my order on October 4th 😂. I’ve sent over 25 emails asking for a refund, all of which have been ignored. They instead offered to send a replacement (which would probably arrive who-knows-when) and a 20% discount on a future order. I could only laugh at that. This entire situation has been a complete waste of time and effort. I just wanted a Halloween hoodie for my child, and it turned into a nightmare.
