He was highly knowledgeable and took time to discuss his findings with us during the appointment. We had previously made our own list of issues, but he identified additional points we had overlooked. The report was emailed within a few days, clearly outlining the issues with pictures to assist the developer in addressing them. It was very helpful that he explicitly stated how the issues did not comply with our warranty provider's guidelines, giving us leverage to urge the developer to correct them.
