I was unlucky enough to buy a house where Homtec had fitted a number of Bi-Fold doors. They refused to transfer the warranty despite the doors being barely 4 years old. (Mar 2021) Since moving in I have had 2 locks fail resulting in large locksmith bills and one of the panes shatter for no reason which shouldn’t happen on good quality glass. I have also replaced the remaining windows in the house and I am very glad I didn’t use this company of this is level of quality!! The previous owner put these in so they have not transferred the warranty despite what they claim!
