The fitters Tony and Jason were very polite, efficient, clean and tidy workers. Very pleased with how they executed the removal of old and installation of new window. Left my home clean and tidy.The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because the paperwork was not correct. The home number of the installation was wrong. After a few telephone calls a pleasant lady at the office sorted it for me. But it did take a few weeks to get the revised guarantee and building regulation certificate sent. A silly error, but it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. There is a lot to praise a company if their after sales service is good.
