Reported a leak from our boiler on 2/4/2026 and we are still waiting for an engineer to come out. We have no heating or hot water. Whilst it is April the weather is unusually cold. We also have no washing facilities so we are not able to have a shower. Hometree advised the earliest that they can get someone out is 7/04/2026 as it's a bank holiday. I have tried to escalate the claim as even with the boiler turn off it's still leaking and we cannot find the shut off valve. They are still claiming that no one can attend until the 7th. Water was running down the walls downstairs!!! Emergency cover should cover every day of the year. I will definitely not be renewing my policy.
