Arranging a landlord gas safety certificate today but a week ahead the job was allocated to engineer company A and B. Rang to clarify and YourRepair, the subcontractor of Hometree, apologized and said engineer company A is coming. Early this morning, engineer company C went to my property and did the job.
Rang Hometree and they said they don't know anything about engineer company C.
How bad is their communication.
The worst is, the customer care lady at Hometree said I am rude when I was explaining how frustrating I was. How professional this lady was!
