Cheated by HomeTriangle – Geyser Service FraudI had a very bad experience with HomeTriangle geyser service. I booked a geyser repair through their app/website, but the service turned out to be a complete scam.The technician charged an excessive amount n he ran away not came back, claimed false issues, and the geyser problem was not resolved. After payment, neither the technician nor HomeTriangle customer support responded properly. Manager Santhosh was supporting to their people and rudely said amount will not refund, Despite multiple follow-ups, there was no refund and no resolution.This feels like cheating customers by sending unverified technicians and not taking responsibility afterward. I strongly do not recommend HomeTriangle for geyser or any home services.Please be careful and avoid this company.
