I booked an AC service through HomeTriangle in Bangalore, and the experience was very disappointing. The technician charged Rs. 9,500 for gas refilling, labour, and a capacitor. However, the AC still didn’t cool. After my complaint, he returned and claimed the motor was faulty, taking Rs. 3,500 for a new one. But he brought a used motor and exchanged it with mine. Despite working for hours, the AC didn’t work, and he then said the compressor needed replacement.It became clear that he lacked proper knowledge and was just replacing parts to charge more. Even if your parts are fine, they falsely declare them faulty, overcharge for replacements, and add extra labour fees. I believe these technicians may not be genuine.I advise everyone to be cautious. Avoid booking any repair service through HomeTriangle. It’s not trustworthy.
