Hai sir this is Hussain from (02/01/2021 to 26/12/2021).iam staying in ur app hometriangle. iam always reporting to Ghanesh sir I ask all details from him only he will say the recharge packs i will pay & complaint also I had already told any thing happened means tell me . I will take care still now i did'nt get any problem but this time 26-12-2021 On that day I got a lead customer name (Mr .Anand from Ambuttur ) i checked fan fault so i informed & removed fan noisy so i taken on that day and make that fan ready fixed on 28/12/2021 customer satisfied . To work completed login i given cancelled that's my mistake again 30/12/2021 i got a call from customer fan noisy promblem solved now fan running slowly. He informed me i told iam in another place on the way i will come & check sir. i informed that customer but that day one madham spoken with me about that same complaint she is telling iam the MD of the company u r all working down to me treating like a servants. Then I replied why r u speaking like these I asked and cutted phone line and that second itself she locked my app. Then I called ( Mr Ghanesh) i informed what happened company of the MD Madam is calling me and treating like servent and locked my app. but (Mr Ganesh ) he is telling she is head of home triangle she can do anything, so left from he also telling same thing. then I told i going left from app & asked refund my money but he told after 180 days we will refund money .This is new rules after some time he sending message u did'nt complete that work i will send another techncian And debuct u r amount. (31/12/2021 same customer sending message to rectify my fan issue .next day 1/1/2022 i completed the fan issue customer is satisfied. I told customer to send message to home triangle app. But that coustomer Mr. Anand he informed to Hometriangle or not i don't no. After finishing my work asking Mr. Ganesh(Manager) i want to complain about MD. He told MD name is Ramaya so u can complaint in Hometriangle.com website. Who is my Head i checked in website this names came1.Ramesh chincholi2.Dhirendra Pratap3.Amit pramanik4.Rakesh. Solve my problem.
