Deeply disappointed in @HondaUK. Our 2014 Jazz (only 54k miles) is suffering from significant paint flaking on the A-pillars and tailgate—a known issue with the Alabaster Silver finish. Despite having the original windscreen and no history of accidents, Honda has rejected our request for a goodwill repair of £540 (Ref: CC-1451776).We expected better durability and customer care from a brand that prides itself on quality.
