Don’t waste your time trying to complainI’ve got an issue with the front facing monocular camera which broke down just a few months after the manufactrers warranty expired. It just happens to be probably the most expensive part in the car. The complaints are handed by a call centre based in Bulgaria who have been trained to reject all complaints that come their way. I asked the guy what his job title was and have got no respose since. Also, the dealership policies are appalling, they refused to give me the number for this part saying that it is a protected item!! And advised me to dismantle it and check on the back! What!? I found this completely shambolic. All owners of Honda cars and cycles should be praying that nothing happens, because when it does, the company is completely rotten useless.
