My HONDURA Hair journey-June 22: placed the order & received confirmation & order number & that the order was being prepared and I would be notified of the shipping date. June 29: Reached out to Hondura hair requesting shipping date June 30: Teresa/Hondura responded saying they’ll provide tracking info when the order has been shipped. Additionally she’s eager to hear my feedback once I receive the product. July 5: Again I reached out to Honduras requesting a shipping date July 7: Teresa responded & apologized for the delay, explaining that “the shipment of raw ingredients from Honduras took longer than expected and the entire process became delayed. But the good news was that the batana oil batch is ready & will be shipped soon”It is to be noted that the order disappeared from the SHOP AP that I use to track all my orders/shipment status from different companies. Additionally unless I reach out to Hondura hair I have absolutely no communication from them. July 20: I again reach out to Hondura hair requesting a full refund July 21: Received a response from Teresa informing me that my order was in transit & supplied a link to track the order status. Problem though when I click on the link “click here” it takes to “17TRACK Package Tracker” and gives me information of a package in transit coming from YANWEN-China to the USA. Additionally the shipment re-appears on the SHOP AP but does not give an expected delivery time but says “waiting for details. Who knows if I’ll ever receive this package. My bad, I should’ve placed the order using PAYPAL to ensure a timely refund. Of the few negative reviews Hondura hair always responds with the same prepared statement. Extremely poor customer service and I really do not believe all those positive reviews.
